Dr. Constantine A. Kotsanis attended medical school at the University of Athens in Greece with further specialty training in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery – at Loyola University of Chicago. As a board-certified otolaryngologist and also certified in clinical nutrition, he leads the Kotsanis Institute in Dallas, Texas.
